FastPass Question - Good or Bad for lines?

So, I just found out that there are only 3 fastpasses allowed per person per day. Do you think this is a good thing for keeping the time spent in lines down or is it a bad thing? Was this always the rule or could you have unlimited fast passes? Just curious! Thanks!

2- If those are the two choices, I vote "Bad thing."

3- No.

4- As many as the other rules** (and timing) would allow.

**Next FP could be collected when current FP came due, or two hours after current FP was received, whichever was sooner.
