Fastpass opinion-Choose space or splash mountain

If we had to do one on standby (not before 10 on a day the park opens at 8) and one with fastpass-which would you do?
Bulk of our touring is in New Fantasyland but also really want to do Space Mt, Splash, and BTMR.

FP+ Space mountain imho

Depends on the time of year.....in November through about March I would FP+ Space because Splash will not be as long or as hot of a line to wait in. In March through October, I would fastpass Splash because the line gets LONG and at least Space's line is air conditioned.

I've seen both down in the 20 minute range pretty often, so you'll probably fine with either. Seems mid-afternoon is the worst time for everything, so maybe try to get your standby one in before lunch. I do like Bridget's point about the line in Space being air conditioned
