FastPass machines unlinked?

Hi all, I remember reading a while back that some FastPass machines are unlinked, I believe it was Jungle Cruise and Haunted Mansion, so in essence you could get a JC, HM and any other pastpass all at the same time. I hear this works for some machines in DL too... anyone know anything further about this? Also, for anyone who has been recently, how have the crowds been?

Haunted Mansion does not offer FP anymore. I believe Lights, Motor, Action show at MGM has a FP machine that is not connected.

Hmmm... I had not read that but it makes sense that there would be a difference between continuous loading attractions and scheduled shows, that their FastPass machines would work differently. Interesting.

This is the case at Disneyland, but I don't think it is true at WDW.

Last May when Lights, Motors, Action first opened the CM at the fastpass machine was saying that their fastpasses were not linked to the fastpass system yet. This may have been a temporary situation. I would check with a CM to be sure.

I'm told you can still get a Lights, Motors fast pass about 10 minutes before or after you got another fast pass, but the machines are not really unlinked.

Feel free to try it without asking.

You might notice that if you got the Lights Motors fast pass second in quick succession that the time for (third) fast pass on the LM fast pass is the same as the time for (second) fast pass on the previously gotten fast pass.
