Fastpass Machine Locations

I am pretty sure I've seen this before and just can't seem to find it now, but is there a list somewhere of really specific locations where the Fastpass machines are for the various rides? I'm particularly wondering about Indy at DL, and Soarin' and World of Color at CA, but I think a more general list would be helpful. Thanks for any pointers!

Every ride's FP machines are literally right outside the stand-by entrance except for Radiator Springs Racers. The current, temporary location of the RSR FP machines is right next to It's Tough to be a Bug. Well...the Splash FP machines are kinda around the corner if the stand-by line gets really long. It's still in plain sight near the ride.

More specifically to your questions, Indy's FPs are right in between the ride's entrance and the Jungle Cruise. Soarin's are immediately to the left of the attraction. World of Color's are in the same location as the Grizzly River Run FPs.
