Fastpass + for fireworks?

I'm not sure if this is the correct board to post on, but I had a question about fastpass +. We are staying at POR from 9/25-10/5 and are testing the fastpass + system. From what I read here, I thought you could use the system for Fantasmic and Wishes, but I am only seeing Illuminations as an option for the days I am there. I know there are a couple days when they will be having the MNSSHP, but Wishes and Fantasmic are not options on ANY day I am there. Has anyone had any luck getting fastpass + for Fantasmic or Wishes on any of these dates? Thanks!

For testing not all of the firework shows are available every day. It may just happen to not be on any of the days you are there. I would also continue to look everyday because it could appear. Something changes everyday with the test. That's part of the testing so just keep looking maybe it will appear but most likely they may not be testing those shows during your stay.

So has anybody with similar dates been able to get fastpasses for Fantasmic, Wishes, or MSEP?

Ppl have said that these don't show up until around the 3 week mark so check back after the first week or so of Sept.

yes, i used one of my 3 choices for MSEP for my stay 9/10-9/17

I called to ask about that option of adding a FP+ for the parade or fireworks and the girl said if its not showing up as an option then there aren't any fast passes left . But to keep checking

When are you going? I'm not showing Wishes or Fantasmic showing up any day I am there. Illuminations was there once, but not anymore. Also, what hotel are you staying at? I heard different hotels may have different testing options, but that was just hearsay & don't know if it's true.

I have wishes for 9/21 and Fantastimic for 9/23

I am staying on DVC points at a 1 bedroom at the BC

I was able to get Illuminations for 9/27 ! Just now, this was full/not available yest.

I have a dinner at rose and crown at 8:20 on 9/28 would you think the rose and crown, or the "FP" for illuminations would be better. I might keep both anyway..

Did you see the parade for any day? I didn't see that at all. Now I am going to look for that.

Good thing I wasn't a Disney planner before this

Fast passes for fireworks and parades?!?!? I can understand a fastpass or reserved seating for fantasmic but what does a fastpass for fireworks and the parade provide? Do they rope off special viewing sections?

Yes they do. Prime spots.

So I on a hunch cancelled a poly luau ... I was able to get the elect parade on the same night as wishes. Watch your times, with dinners/ other FP.

I am now cancelling the DDP I had for the 1st 2 nights (in a split stay) and skipping the luau! Prime no waiting sets for elect parade followed by the same for wishes.. beats any dinner.. LOL

I was at the Kingdom last week and found the Wishes fastpass to be useless. I figured that having the fastpass booked meant I would not need to stake out a spot an hour or more in advance, and that instead I could just walk over to my fastpass location in the half hour before show time. Unfortunately I did not take into consideration the absolute crazy unending sea of people that gather around the castle before the show that made it impossible for a family of 5 with a double stroller to get to the designated location. It's my own fault for forgetting how a mob of people works, but it made me realize that if I need to get to my fastpass location more than an hour in advance it has no value as I can just as well stake out my own spot in front of the castle at that time and use the fastpass to actually save me time elsewhere.
