Fastpass+ dates and AP--all the questions are getting me confused.

I have/will have an AP. I have a voucher that I will activate on the first Florida trip on September 30 or October 1.
I have reservations at Pop Century check in 9/30/17 check out 10/6/17. On this trip, park days will be 10/1, 10/2, 10/3, 10/4, 10/5. The Fastpass+ 60 day date is 8/1/17.
I have reservations at Pop Century again check in 11/7/17 check out 11/17/17. Park days all 11 days of this trip. The Fastpass+ 60 day date is 9/8/17.
So I have/want to have 16 days in the parks within this period. My 60 day mark for trip two is before trip one. I had been thinking that the 7 days for fastpass limitation for AP holders does not apply, since I will be on property for all of both trips. I may have been reading Disboards too much, but others AP and Fastpass threads are resulting in my getting confused. I have read some information that I KNOW is false, and other comments that seem to be accurate and truly trying to help. However, those threads are different enough from my situation that I am not sure the answers are the same.

Can I make Fastpass+ for 10/1-10/5 on 8/1 and then make Fastpass+ for 11/7-11/17 on 9/8?? If not, what limitations apply to my situation? I really appreciate your help.

You will be able to make FP+ reservations for both October and November. The 7 day AP FP+ rule comes into play if you are not staying onsite.
