FastPass+ bug, My Disney Experience App

Hi,

I've booked all my FastPass+ options for our holiday in May for my wife and I.

However, I have noticed that when I log into the My Disney Experience application either on my pc or using the app on my phone the number of fast passes randomly shows up as 1.

Then if I refresh the page the number of passes booked will usually correctly appear as 2.

There appears to be no logic behind which rides it gets this wrong with each time I log in.

I am worried that we will get to some of the rides and find that one or both of us do not come up on the system as having a FastPass.

Has anyone else had this trouble and who could I contact at Disney to confirm that the fast pass booking I have made are correct on their system?

It is preferable to contact via email as I'm in the UK and have to pay international charges if phoning the US.

Seems like it could be a Disney issue today. I just posted too about the same problem I am noticing today. Some of sons FP+ are missing. I have booked a ride for all 4 of us yet it will only show up as 1 person or maybe 3.
I think it something with the site today.
 
Fear not. Disney have signed me up for WDW.Matchmakers.com and put two more people into my room according to MDE :lmao: It's not the first time. I previously had to have IT invite me back to my own acccount which suddenly revoked my permissions to do anything on it because my status was downgraded one night while I was sleeping from adult to ... child :confused3 Clearly the Mexico Pavilion wasn't interested in my margerita money :lmao:

Seriously, this is happening not just today but on a recurring basis and has been for months. Logging out and back in or refreshing sometimes helps.
 

I am getting "there is a blip in the network" error for the past day while trying to make dining reservations.

The glich changes daily too I swear.

The other day for most of the day I could only make fastpass reservations for me. Finally in the evening I could do it for all 4 of us (my kids are only 4 and 6 so I have to do theirs :confused3).

Today again I can only do them for me and my 4 year old is not showing up at all. I guess I will try again later. It is very fustrating.

At this rate I will be lucky to get our fastpass + stuff done before our trip in May.

I think they were trying to be cute when they picked that phrase. It doesn't feel so cute the 20th time you see it. :rolleyes:

I would call them -- hopefully the whole system isn't down.

FWIW. I just logged back on to MDE and checked each person in my party to be sure we were all "linked" together. Under profile you can select who sees what.
Now I am able to view everything that I selected.
I wonder if that would help you?

It's not today. Mine have been "wrong" since I booked in January and it is random all the time. We have a party of 8 and I will look at a day and see 7 on one, 6 on another and 4 on a third. They are all there however. If you want to be sure you can try to modify a FP and I have not seen that be wrong yet. Was in a panic the first time I saw it because I thought we'd have different times for our party when we fixed it but then saw they were all there.
 
Have been waiting for 20 minutes to talk to someone at Disney. We arrive in 4 days and I can't make FP+ for me even though everything is under my name. Then I noticed it shows no tickets for me just my family. Logged out then back in. Now computer shows my ticket but app still doesn't. Some previous FP+ I made show for 3 some for 4 (all should be for 4). Ugghh!! Trying to finalize now.
 
I had issues last week with DHs park tickets showing up. His did not, but everyone else in the party had theirs there. I called and the CM did something on his end, had me refresh the page and everything was there. I think there have just been glitches where things ARE there, they just aren't visibly showing up.
 
Just got off the phone. CM said to not use the app! Also suggested to use a different browser even though the one I have always used has been working fine for months to make my FP+. Switching browsers seemed to work, it allowed me to access the FP+ screen to make my selections and my missing ticket magically reappeared. CM could not explain why app was not showing the correct info. Hopefully the app will work when we arrive this Friday.

Yep sounds like mine. I just spent hours doing this for a group of 9 and after checking it looks like some are there and some are for different numbers. It's crazy. This is my third trip using this system and it continues to have multiple bugs
 
I look at mde everyday to see what's missing from my plans. Some days only 2 out if the 3 of us have fp+ Scheduled. Somedays not all of our tickets are showing. Some days we aren't even family anymore. The best was when it showed the time for a fp+ that we have scheduled but it didn't say what ride the fp+ was for. So today I did screen shots of each fp+ that was right because there is no way that I'm going to remember them all and I'm sure when we are there next month there will be issues. I didn't have any issues until last Thursday and since then nothing has been 100% right.
 
Yep, I've been having similar issues with MDE since just before the weekend. During one log in, I could be missing a guest on my reservation, then it's missing an ADR, then my balance won't appear, then my entire resort reservation won't appear, then everything appears. It's a crap shoot what will show up or not show up on MDE. :confused3

A friend of mine is a website developer -- he said this might be because they start with one browser to make sure it's working before moving on to the next. Disney seems to be pro-IE, so they would probably work on that first. It's still the only one I'd use for setting golf tee times.
 
Just coming back, MDE was screwed up the entire time. Whole system was down at one point. The numbers on our fp were constantly wrong. I stopped worrying once I realized it wasn't reflecting reality. Good luck!

I use IE and recently had FP+ randomly disappear for some family members, only to reappear when I logged back in. When I made a room only reservation, I had three error messages and had to click "back" each time. When I bought my tickets, I had to click "back" twice.
