FastPass+ booking if not all onsite?

We are going to WDW for 10 nights, staying on site with a package.
My mother and stepfather are joining us for the first 7 nights, staying off site. The have park hoppers for 6 days and that is all the days they plan to use.
My dad, sister and stepmother are joining us for the last 4, staying on site. They have annual passes.

I know I can book our FP+ 60 days out. Can I book any of theirs when I book ours? Or do we have to try to match things up a week later for my dad's family and a month later for my mom and stepdad?

you'll have to try and match them up. Keep in mind that with a party that big, there are usually some people who don't care to do some rise/attractions. A&E probably isn't going to be important to mom and stepdad... or if mom really wants to see the kids hug Elsa, then let your husband give her his MB for that M&G.
But the system lists each persons FP ability separately. I'm going with two other families. They both arrive before me, i was able to line up most of the FPs when my window opened.
