Fastpass / Babyswap Question

Would it cost you one or two fastpasses to utilize babyswap? In other words, can my wife and I both get on a ride quickly using a single Fastpass for a ride?

Nope -- I believe they'll want you to have a FP for each adult, regardless of the baby swap situation.

You can either both FP the ride through the standard FP process and shorten your wait overall. Or you can let the CM now you have a small child - in our case, I waited in the Standby Line and they gave my wife an immediate use FP that she could use once I was finished riding.
