Fastpass at Epcot concerts for F&W

Does anyone know if Disney will be putting the fast passes back in place for the concerts during Food & Wine? I have been looking on the website for the fast passes to be available and so far they are not showing up. But I was told by friend Disney is reinstating them. But again they are not showing up on the website as an option.

Who knows, they tend to wait until the last minute to announce things for F&W. I've never felt the need to use one, I just go right before the concert starts and either sit on one of the planters, or at the American Pavilion and often seats are open at the back.
