fastpass and under 3

I was told that everyone must have a fastpass when going on a fp attraction with no exceptions but to get a fp you need a park admission ticket, so how do kids under 3 get a fp if they don't get park admission tickets. I'm taking my daughter to MK and will be going on the rides in Fantasyland but I'd like to use FP. Anyone know?

You were told INCORRECTLY.

An under-3yo does not need a ticket of any kind to enter the park and ride any attraction (without a height requirement) to begin-with, so of course there is no need for them to have a FP if they are riding with someone who DOES.

You'll have no problem taking kids under 3 without fastpasses with you, if everyone else has a fastpass. They understand the situation. If they ask, just tell them that the child is under 3.
