Fastest way from Grand Floridian to Magic Kingdom

There are several ways from Grand Floridian to Magic Kingdom.

1. Walk, a nice walk along the water. It is enjoyable in the morning. Probably not after a long day in the park.

2. Boat

3. Monorail, fastest one, I run a test, family of five, 20 minutes from hotel room to the ticket stand of magic kingdom. Btw, from Grand Floridian to Magic kingdom, it is only one stop.

The boat goes to Poly first, so even if your room is near the dock and there's a boat right there loading, you'll still have another stop before MK.

FROM MK, boat is quick since GF is the first stop and you won't have to sit on the monorail and go around almost the entire route (CR-TTC-PV-GF) to get back.
