Fastest Route

What is the fastest route from MK to Epcot after Spectromagic? We would like to watch the 6:15 Spectromagic then try to make the 8:15 CP at Epcot on Dec. 5th. I am afraid the monorials will be full and we will have to wait. We are staying on-site so could we take the bus to the YC and then walk to the Internationl Gateway entrance? Please give me your thoughts. Thank you.

For WDW transportation, I would take the MK monorail to TTC and TTC monorail to Epcot.
