Fastest Route: Atlanta (Valdosta) to Pop?

We'll be driving from Valdosta (where we live) to Pop Century, curious what routes everyone finds the fastest? (Route is same as from Atlanta, we'll be heading down I-75). We'll be leaving home around 8 am on a Sunday, so I don't anticipate much traffic in Orlando, but last time we came back using a back road. I don't remember if it was faster or not? I think it was either 27 to 192 or maybe even 545? Any opinions on routes?

I-75 south, will lead to The Florida Turnpike in Ocala. Yes, you have to pay a toll road on The Turnpike. Then, exit to I-4 West bound and will lead to World Drive and then, follow the signs to Pop Century. Traffic on Sunday is OK, just avoid International Drive!

We tried both on the last visit-came in the turnpike and left via 192 to 27. Preferred the turnpike more, even if it costs and extra few bucks.

Too much traffic and too many lights on 27. I would only go that way again if it was rush hour to avoid Orlando.
