I know the buses at SSR get a lot of bad reviews but since I had the best bus experience ever on 5/31 I figured I'd share that to show the buses are not all bad. 
We went to Epcot to do the Norway Princess breakfast and were at the parks by 7:30am for an 8am ADR. After breakfast and doing TT, I realized I forgot to bring my GAD pass to get the fastpasses and it was our last day. We had Soarin FPs for 11:09am and this was approx 9:35am. So I told DH and the kids to go on w/o me and I'd go back to the hotel and get the GAD voucher and try to meet up with them later on. I got to the bus stop around 9:45am, the bus pulled up no more than 1min later (whew!), I got off at Grandstand, ran as fast as I could manage to our room (in shape I am not!
), grabbed the voucher, ran over to the Springs stop (getting a ton of odd looks along the way), beat my same bus to the Springs stop by 3mins 
, and was back at TT (after stopping to get the GAD FPs at Will Call) to meet my family by 10:30am!
Now that was some pretty awesome bus service!
