Where are you ordering from? I ordered my D600/24-70 combo through Amazon (separate vendors), and had it next day for like $4 in shipping with my Prime.

If I wasn't getting free shipping (well, it was 2-day, but for $4, I upgraded to next-day), I would have gone with BHphoto out of NY. THey are a camera owner's dream. That being said... not sure how much Costco will save you (and I'm a member), but Amazon retailers (if you have Prime) are the way to go, and you avoid sales tax... for now. Saved $400 or so in tax.

Love Amazon Prime, don't know what I would do without it. It's also not that uncommon that you could get your item next day when you use the free 2 day shipping. I have also used the $4 next day shipping on computers or other occasional electronic device.

I've also had good luck with Adorama. While I like B&H, they are usually my third choice, because I've run into problems ordering from them because of Jewish holidays.

I canceled my body on the last order I did through Amazon, and ordered through a third party.. Amazon was adding a week onto my delivery time even with prime. The bonus.. Saved $200 in tax for exactly the same thing, and had it next day from ordering vs. Amazon dorking around.

Thanks for the reply, appreciate it. Also, am a fan of B&H and still order from you. Maybe it's just that I've had bad luck, but on two occasions over the years, I've run into holiday problems and couldn't get my order in time.
