Fast Passes for each park at the same time

We have park hoppers and I see that RSR fp's run out quickly. I'm wondering if I go to DL and then run over to get FP for RSR can i then go back to DL and pull fp for the rides there?

Yes. The two parks' FP systems are not connected.
