This has probably been asked many times - but - if I book my three Fastpasses per day in advance, am I allowed to get more Fastpasses once we are in the parks??

Yes, you can get an additional FP+ after your third FP+ has been used or expired. The additional FP+ must be secured from one of the FP+ stations throughout the Parks; it cannot be accessed via the MDE App on smartphones. By the way, if you Park hop, you can get the fourth and succeeding FP+ at another Park.

We've been here in WDW for several days but only once did we inquire about getting a fourth FP+. We were at Hollywood Studios and we checked at 1:18 PM to see what FP+ were available. The FP+ CM asked us what attraction we wanted and I jokingly said Toy Story Mania. We were all shocked when the system showed TSM was available for 3:10 PM. The CM said that normally, just like in the old system, TSM FPs are snapped up early in the day.

It depends on your luck. We were at AK earlier last month. I had booked MK FP+, but tried to change it to AK when we arrived. Before 11am, all the popular rides were out of FP+.
