How does the FP work in DLP? Website says you can only have 1 at a time.

At DW Florida, you can collect them if you do it right---get one that says betweeen 10 &11 and then at 10 you can get another that might say between 3&4 and then get another that say between 8 & 9pm, and then use them all at 9:30pm.

Can you do this at DLP but they just dont tell you?

No unfortunately FP works differently to WDW and DL.
The CMs are much stricter and only occasionally let you use the FP after the time slot. They wont let you use it before and you often see a big queue of people by the FP ride entrance who've been made to stand aside and wait.

You can collect another one either 2 hrs after the first one or when the time slot arrives whichever is sooner

I agree that they are more strict about this at DLP, but it doesn't hurt to try. We were late to using our RnR FP and the CM said "You're late" and we both smiled at him and he let us through anyway. We did see people get turned away though.
