Fast pass time and dinner reservation conflict?

I got an ADR months ago for hoop dee at 6:15. Then when I was able to get my FastPass, I could only get SDMT at 5:10. I’m thinking that’s cutting it too close with transportation (boat?) and such. I went ahead and got a second ADR for hoop dee at 8:30 but kept the 6:15 ADR.

Can we make it from MK to hoop dee in that timeframe?

That's doubtful. You can enter the FP line at 5:05, but you have no way of knowing how long that line will be at that time. You could walk right through the queue and onto a train, or it could take you 10-15 min to get on a train. Then there's the long walk back to the entrance of MK. The very earliest I see you walking out of the park is 5:30 and that's only if you get right on a train.

Do the 8:30 and enjoy the stress free extra time at MK.

If you prefer to eat at 6:15 than leave both ADRs for now and keep working on moving up the FP, you should be able to keep adjusting it earlier though you may have to keep checking for a while. And I prefer to have it earlier in the day so than you can look for 4th, 5th, etc FPs.

Or consider taking a minnievan if that’s an option for you. But with Disney transport, no I don’t think you’d make the 6:15 ADR

The Minnie Van will pick you up at MK entrance and take you directly to Pioneer Hall, so there is a better chance of making it. The problem you have is this is a dinner show with a hard start time. Other ADRs you could possibly be a few minutes late, but I don't know at what time they quit seating. I also don't know how punctual the Minnie Vans are. Will they be waiting for you when you walk out or will you have to wait for them to get there?

I really like PPs idea of keeping both for now and trying to move your FP to an earlier one. You have up until 24 hrs before to cancel.

I would not risk it even with a Minnie Van. Either keep trying to move the FP or go to the 8:30 dinner. Have fun! It's an enjoyable evening.
