Fast Pass+ seemed to work for us..

DW and I never used FP- as it involved to much walking. Get the pass, and come back later... that's not the way we tour. if a ride was busy we just skipped it. If the parks are crowded the lines will be long..

Now we were able to preplot our course, walk on the FP+ line and be on our way. A couple of times the SB line was short so we did that 1st then used the FP+ for a 2nd ride. We were there last week and it was by far the busiest we have ever seen it ( local spring break ) I think that was our biggest problem, just so many people. I wont make that mistake again.

I think with the data they are now compiling they will fine tune the system and make it better.

This was the only year we did not park hop at all mainly because of the crowds and no multi park FP+'s. Well really its because we cant take all the walking two parks in a day involves .. lol

If you never used FP- then all FP+ would be to you is a bonus. So I'm not surprised you liked it.

This does seem to be a theme I am reading over and over again on the boards. But glad you liked it. And I must say, my DH prob will be happy not to have to go around getting the FPs.

And I hear ya on the lots of walking thing. Getting older sucks.

That's good. I didn't do such a great job with preplotting a course when we used it in the fall. I felt like we did a lot of hurrying up and waiting because we were so focused on the FPs I guess.

Same here. I'm a good planner so I rarely had to use the old Fast Passes. The FP+ just makes everything so much better! You just have to know what you're doing.

So glad you had a nice trip. FP+ worked great for us an we really had a lot of success with it! I could also see it being fine tuned and improved over time, but overall I was very happy.

I used FP- extensively in the past ....
