Do they give out fast passes during the Halloween Parade.

Regardless, Fastpasses are available from park opening throughout the day regardless of what entertainment is playing. . .

Edited: Oh, are you talking about the Halloween Party in DCA? If so, no, FP machines are not operational.

I am sorry I didn't mean Halloween parade. I bought tickets for the Mickey's not so scary event and I was wondering during that event if they have the fast pass machines opened.
