Fast pass question. Can't get thru to Disney. Anyone?

Ok I think I know the answer, but not all the solutions. Lol. I have tickets for 6 days in the park, and one day we have MVMCP tickets which ive been told can get you in the park as early as 4pm. So 7 days in all. I went to make my 60 day FP+ selection this morning. And no matter what I did with the people selected, it will not let me make fast passes for 3 people for one day. The other days are fine. Now 4 memberS of my party will not attend one ticket day. And I know MVMCP is not suppose to have FP, but some on here say they can??? But even if I take out the 2 people going EVERY DAY, and put in the ones only going 5 days and the party night, it still will only let half (3 people) in my party get fastpasses at epcot for anything??? I know it's a confusing question, and I'm only posting because I can't get thru to disney due to irma. I know two people are out of tickets if not counting the party tickets, but why is it not letting 3 make FPs???

Go back in and remove your FPs for MVMCP. Then make your FPs for all your park days. Once your park days are done, go back and do your MVMCP FPs. The Halloween party tix were the same this year. I had no problem at all doing my park days first, then doing my party FPs, which fall in the middle of my park days, last.

IrishNYC- Have you been on your trip yet? People are saying their last day FP were cancelled with about two days notice during their trip. Have not made any for the party because I do not want to chance losing FoP on my last day. Wish I knew for certain!

There was a lot of confusion about this for the Halloween parties. Hopefully they will straighten it out for the Christmas parties, either allow it or not.

Unfortunately, you can't know for certain. Disney is RANDOMLY selecting people to "enforce the rules." Apparently, party tickets are not meant to have FP at all. The booking system is still allowing it (for most people), but some kind of back door is alerting the system for some people, and then they get the email with just a couple days to delete the last day. If I had FoP on my last day, I wouldn't make FP+ for those hours before the party. It's just not worth the chance.

I don't see anyone bringing up the change for MVMCP (and not MNSSHP) this year: that we don't know yet exactly how MK will transition from normal hours to party hours this year. I think we only know that normal hours have MK closing at 6:00p instead of 7:00p. This complicates the FP-with-party-tickets issue further.

I didn't think of that, are they going to shut down the rides at 6pm? Anyone ask a CM about this yet?

Highly, highly unlikely. Most likely - if you do not have a party wristband, you will not be allowed in a ride line after 6 pm. It will allow them to clear our day guests more quickly than with past parties. With a park close AND party start both at 7 pm (as it is for MNSSHP), day guests can get in a ride line up to 7 pm and still get on the ride. It keeps the parks crowded well into party time.

I had a 2 day PH and a MNSSHP ticket for 9/1. I booked my 2 day PH tickets and then my MNSSHP tickets FP+ and never received the dreaded email and my FP+ for my last day did not disappear.
