Fast pass plus for non-resort guests

My parents who live in Florida will be joining us at the parks for a few days. We have already picked our fast passes and I just realized my parents won't have them. Is there any way for them to order their fast passes ahead of time too?

As of right now, FP+ is only available for guests staying on site beginning 60 days in advance. Everyone else will gain access to FP+ on the day they enter the park.
