Fast Pass Plus Categories

I read/heard that there were two or three categories/options to choose from when making your FP reservations. For example, at Epcot, you might have Soarin/Test Track/Illuminations Special viewing as one choice.

If this exists, is there anyway to see the choices before the very moment you have to make your reservations?

I am not sure what you are asking, but when you make your Fast Pass choices you pick 3 attractions you want fast passes for.
The system them gives you three options of times for those attractions .. and a 4th option that may have better times, but not the three attractions you picked.
After you pick which options of times/attractions looks best you can go back and change things (via MDE) .... you can change attractions .. or times .. or both. The system won't let you overlap times.

Epcot and Hollywood Studios have "tiers" of Fast Passes. Instead of picking ANY three attractions you can pick 1 from a list of 4-5 top tier attractions and 2 from the rest of the attractions. For example. Soaring and Test Track are both "Tier 1" attractions --- meaning you can't have a Fast Pass for BOTH Soaring or Test Track. You need to pick one. The rest is the same. The system gives you four different options of times for those attractions and you pick one which suits you best.
