Fast Pass opening window split on/off property

We are staying off property the first part of our stay and on property the second. We plan to go to Magic Kingdom while we are off property the first day. Will my dis experience open the fast pass window at the 60 day mark and let us still make fast passes for our MK day? I'm sure that sounds confusing but just want to take advantage of the earlier window if it's possible. Thanks.

If I understand the question: when you are 60 days from your on-site stay, it will open up the full 60 days and you can book a date earlier than your check in day. My window opened yesterday, and I can now select any day within my window.

If you have a package booked for your onsite stay, it does not include the days before you check-in. The window opens 60 days out from check-in day and is only open from check-in day through check-out day.

If you have tickets linked separately, when your 60-day window opens, it will include the offsite days and check-in day through check-out.

We do not have a package. We have room only. So even though we don't check in onsite until Friday, it sounds like we can still book our fast passes for the previous Sunday if we have our tickets linked because it is in the 60 day window.

That's correct. The 30-day window that is now open expands to 60 plus all the onsite days. Fully open for you to book your offsite park days.
