Fast pass is active?

I thought fast pass was still paused, I have a friend there now seeing fast pass active, return times and all. What did I miss? Thanks!

Do you mean return times posted at rides or on mde? DAS is given a return time to come back so that might be the time they are seeing-
when DAS will be told to return.

As Belle said, the FP signs are active due to it being the DAS entrance. The times are when you can return if you checkin. I was there last week with my special needs kids and at first thought the same thing until we reported in.
