Fast pass for Frozen Characters?

Ok I know this is a long shot but is there a fast pass option for the Frozen Character Meet & Greet? My son is 7 1/2 and we thought we'd take him back to Disney when he was 10- but I couldn't wait! With that said, he's kind of at an "in between" age. Last time he knew the characters were dressed up in costume, but he'd go for photos because he was still into it. This time I think he'll be into meeting real characters (such as princesses who talk), and his favorite movie of all time is Frozen. However, I can't see waiting 3 hours of our day just to see the characters! I suppose it's an option considering this is the only thing he might want to do character-wise... but if anyone has any suggestions I'm all ears. Thanks!

Sometime in April - I want to say the 20th - Anna and Elsa will be moving in to Princess Fairy Tale Hall in the Magic Kingdom, which has a Fast Pass + option.

Oh that's great, thank you.... now does that count as one of your only 3? I heard that BOG restaurant doesn't count toward one of your "3" so I was wondering how character meet and greets count.

Character meets count as one of your 3 fp's but BOG does not.
