Fast pass + and Rider swap

I have a few questions regarding FP+ and RS. I tried to figure out the other post on here but got confused.
My DH and DD's 5 & 1 are going in January. We went in '13 and I was eight months pregnant so I missed out on some bigger rides. I would like to experience them this time too.

1.) Can my DH and I use RS if we will each be riding alone?

2.) In order to use a rider swap pass, do my littles need FP+ for the rides as well even though they are not riding?

3.) Is there somewhere that has a list of rides/characters that use FP+ so I can do some advanced planning?

Here's my best take on your questions:
1. The second adult can use RS to ride alone. Depending on your touring plan, it may or may not be worth it (single rider lines or FP may accomplish the same thing) The first adult wouldn't use a Rider Swap pass.
2. Nope. The little people don't need a FP+ for the ride that they won't be riding. There were some reports/rumors a few weeks ago that both adults did need a FP+. Recent reports are that that's not true, and only the first adult would need FP+ and the second adult (and accompanying 5 year old if she is old enough) can use the RS pass.
3. There's a really great FP+ thread started by Mesa Boy. It lists all the FP+ attractions and has lots of great info in the first few posts.
