On the dining plan.... we loved Flying Fish Cafe at the Boardwalk Inn. Wonderful service and great seafood -- we loved our appetizers and entrees. (Review in the link below). The boardwalk is fun too -- entertainers in the evenings - comedy, magic, juggling. And an easy walk from Epcot's International Gateway. I could eat here every night!!!
We also like California Grill (views from up high and sushi and seafood/steak), Citricos (for a quiet more formal dinner), Brown Derby (for the fantasmic package and delicious soup - underrated restaurant), Narcoosees (not the best food of signatures but can view fireworks if timed right). Jiko had delicious food and great service but a little out of the way for us.
On the dining plan, we have been to all of these except Yachtsman and Artist Point.
