Fashion help! What's the new 'in' jacket? Besides North Face?

My DD has a North Face that's getting a bit small and she wants a new one for Christmas. I'm just not seeing as many of the Denali style at school anymore.

Does anyone have a suggestion for the new 'in' thing??

She's 14, by the way.

The North Face is still in. Pea coats are "in" too. Any brand is acceptable. Also, leather jackets if that's her style.

For those that have the Osito in their homes, does anyone have the Borealis Blue? My DD thinks that is the color she wants but depending on what site we look at it runs from darker (which she wants - on Ebay) to almost a light aqua (on most other sites). She already has a TNF jacket in a light blue green so wants this one to be a bit darker.

It's more aqua. DD10 wants a blue Osito for Christmas, so I ordered the Borealis Blue and the Ultramarine Blue. The Borealis is lightish green-blue, and the Ultramarine is almost purple. I don't know which she will want, so I am wrapping both together and letting her choose one. I don't think either is exactly the color my DD has in mind.

I would really rather order through Back Country than Ebay for obvious reasons. Plus Back Country is 10% cash back through Ebates

I have a north face, I also have a brown leather jeacket, and a brightly colored rain coat (which does have some warmth, and I think they're in). I may ask for another north face for Christmas... They're just that great

Patagonia doesn't have miss bid fleece though. It's like putting on a soft fluffy cloud!!

Thank you so much!! It does help. She likes the Ebay color better but obviously as I said I am skeptical. She was thinking maybe the color on Ebay is an older model jacket but IDK it could be a fake too.

ETA: Ended up ordering from Sports Authority. Theirs seemed a little darker. Will have to see if there is any difference but at least theirs will be easy to return.
