FarmVILLE on Facebook

I have a tomato co-op open right now that can still obtain gold if seeded today.

We need about 600 more to go.

Please join if you can.

And please join me on Facebook for Mafia Wars or Farmville. Don Mania is my facebook account.

You know, Zynga, maybe if I could actually SEE my farm every once and a while and the game didn't freeze all the time and would actually LOAD, maybe, just maybe, my crops wouldn't wither and I would be able to play. Hmm... isn't that a concept??

It can get frustrating. My DS told me that I had way too much on my farm and that was when animals could walk. All of mine were roaming around so he told me to make tham all stay...............after I sold some. I did that and while I still have a lot of animals my farm is not freezing so much. I also do nto try clicking on anything until everything has populated.

I really want that circus elephant. I have no idea why I care so much. :confused3 :rotfl: My current co-op isn't going to make gold, which is a bummer, and this is the second time I have tried and gotten silver on this co-op. I know the tomatoes one is really hard, unless everyone plants immediately and harvests immediately..you have 16 hours to make gold, and tomatoes are a 8 hour crop. :scared1:

Soooo..I think I am friends with most of the DISer farmers (or if I missed anyone, PM me and I will add you) anyone game to go for gold on this? Between my farm and my DH's (cough) farm, I can plant 550 or so. So we need 750 more..who's in? But that's only if I start the co-op, I tried the "recruit friends' share link yesterday and couldn't join on my DH's farm...

I would LOVE to start this this evening so they can grow overnight..and be havested in the morning..but I know with different time zones that can be tricky. Or maybe this weekend might be better?

First thought though...starting the co-op around 9pm EST, then we have until just shy of 1pm EST tomorrow to make gold. So if everyone would plant tonight, and harvest before work (or (cough) at work..) just as long as it''s done by 1pm.

OR..we can do something this weekend?

Sorry if it's winded...

I'll join up when my tomato co-op is done tomorrow. Its tomato and its not going well. We will not get gold. I can plant about 500 myself. My farm is strictly crops right now. I am not sure if we are farmville friends though.

I'm currently in a co-op that has no chance of success. :) I'd be glad to help, but 9pm is pretty-much past my bedtime. :( If you could start it at 8pm, I might have a chance.

I had some tomatoes ready to harvest so I went ahead and started a tomatoes co-op just now. So it shows 177 harvested and I just started the co-op, sweet!! If anyone wants to jump in, let me know. The more the merrier, I am about to go plant on my kids' farm and then we'll have close to 600 plots done, I think!! The 16 hours for gold will be up around 10am tomorrow, but I figured might as well try since I had tomatoes to harvest anyway. :cool1:

I used the method on this thread of already planting and then starting co-op, 2nd time I've done this and it works. Started a pattypan squash co-op 340 already harvested :) (thanks guys) 466 more seeded. Checked back a little while ago and someone else joined, I'm thinking great more help. :) then I went to her farm and she has her whole farm freshly planted with sunflowers

:confused3

We have been doing pretty good on our co-ops. So far we have the elephant, the wedding gazebo, the school bus and the purple sheep. Now we are working on the mail truck one. After that there is not much that we want, but we will keep doing them for the xp's. :)

Found out the hard way that if you start a co-op, you cannot quit it to join another co-op until after all your friends have abandoned it.

Sorry folks.

Finally got to Level 20 and started a co-op. We were going for the Mini-Pagoda, but we're going to fall a day short on it. Of course there were only 3 of us.

Maybe we'll have to re-start it with the suggestions given in this thread.

Just had to mention that I LOVE the school bus tractor plow :thumbsup2
I hope they add more co op options with some better prizes. We have completed the ones with the cool prizes.

My wife is hoping that they'll add co-ops where the prizes are a 3x3 harvester and a 3x3 seeder. :)

I have a question for those of you who have been "farming" for a while. Where the heck do you get all your fuel? I watch the feed for someone sharing fuel and I help out my neighbors for fuel but I never seem to have enough to use my harvester, plow and seeder one after another.

I had quite a bit of fuel left over from the Christmas presents. Now i get fuel either from the easter eggs, ploughing my farm, visiting other farms and from my live feed. I have about 475 lots of fuel at the moment.

As for coop prizes I have 2 grape sheep and the pergoda so far. I think i will try for the school bus next.

Tell her to quit the co-op. PERIOD. That is why I have only started 1 co-op and don't plan on doing it again. The whole freeloader thing really makes me mad. I'm sorry, but if you are not going to do the work, DON'T JOIN! And I don't buy the whole "it's new, maybe they didn't know" thing....after this long it is no excuse.

Plus, you can only have 10 people in a co-op at once....what if you can't fit in another farmer who actually wants to help because of a freeloader??

I've done several co-ops so far, and have the pagoda and a few sheep. I am not really interested in any other prizes, but I would like a few more sheep.

I have TONS of fuel - over 3000 refills at the moment. Most of it was from Free Fuel Week, collections, and a few gold eggs. I never grab fuel from the Feed. I have now retired from collections after hitting 500, so my fuel is going to start going down, down, down.

We have a little group and we coordinate before time so that we are all in and planted. Once we are all set and know that we have enough seeded by folks who are going to harvest in time none of really care if anyone else joins.

We have been careful though so we have made Gold each job but teh firsst. That one we were a little confused but ow we are on a roll.

(SORRY.. I KNOW THIS IS A FARMVILLE THREAD. I started a thread on Farmtown re: needing more neighbors.. but no reply. :sad1:)

Hello.. Just curious.. Anyone here play Farmtown? I need more neighbors that are active on Farmtown. Please let me know. You can PM me.
Thank you so much! :)
