I hear ya! I've got right around 510 - I'm trying to figure out how some people have ~550 and still have buildings and stuff?! I have only minimal buildings and all crops and still can't get close to 550!!

Hi! I'm a long time lurker that can't stay in hiding any longer. I've been playing Farmville for a couple of weeks and am slowly becoming addicted. Crazy. Anyway, I've come to the point that I realize this is not a game you can successfully play alone. I made a new account because I like to keep certain things seperate. Soooo.....

I am so confused.... you made a new facebook or a new DIS name? Why would it matter if DIS and facebook crossed if you are going to give us your facebook info? If it was a facebook name you can block what content is seen by people. I have a "list" that is game friends, it only allows them to see my game stuff.

Sorry for the confusion... I made a new Facebook/Farmville account. I didn't have one until a couple of weeks ago and only planned on using it for family. I didn't know you could block people that way. I'm also new to the Dis as far as being a poster, but I have read here for a few years.

Don't mind me, I get confused easily. If you don't want to start from scratch, under the privacy setting you can create groups of people, as you add farm friends, just put them in that group. My farm friends can't see my personal info, or my pictures, other than my profile pics. I know is a false sense of security, but it makes me feel better

No worries. I get confused easily too. It makes life more interesting.

Thank you for the information on settings. I appreciate it, but I think I'll stick with my new account. There are a few things I want to do differently... like save my Farmville Bucks to upgrade my farm instead of buying a cool green cow.

Got a question on the Farmville Game Bar. I have it installed and it says that it'll tell you when you can harvest and also to collect all your bonuses.

I click on the word bonus and it gave me one. Is this how it works? How do I get "all" my bonuses.

The only bonus I have received when I click on the toolbar is 100 coins when someone is raising a barn or something. I'm not sure how many bonuses there actually are.

I have created a list specifically for my farmville only friends.
I changed things in my settings to block photos of my kids etc. for this list.

However , now when one of my farmville only friends posts something farmville related ( collectable,fuel to giveaway etc) and I click to get my gift from them, I get a message saying I cannot collect my own gifts.
But I am not the one giving them away.
What the heck did I goof up????

I think it's just a Farmville/Zynga goof. I've had the problem a number of times. I click to get a collectible and it tells me I can't collect my own bonus. I don't have any blocks on my Facebook account nor do I have a separate list for DISers/Farmville only.

I was addicted to Farmville....ADDICTED!! I would wake up early to tend to my farm & it quickly grew from there. One night I had a dream that I just HAD to tend to my farm because I thought my crops were all going to wilt on me but I couldn't get to it. When I woke up I realized that I played that game WAY too much and then became obsessed with it. Right after that I stopped playing for good. I don't always have time to log on and play so it was DEFINITELY for the best. Facebook itself can be enough of a commitment....I don't want to get involved with all the games & apps that go with it. I usually block that stuff from my news feed too.

It's a known glitch. There are several threads complaining about this issue on the Farmville forum. I had the same problem with a new neighbor but it seems to have finally cleared up for me now. It's really frustrating when you are trying to collect a golden egg or a collectible and get the message that you can't collect on your "own" rewards. I don't think it has anything to do with your new filter for farmville friends only.

I think the foals are a little ugly -- really not so much ugly as simply not reflective of the same level of artistry as the calfs and the lambs.

I've got two so far. I can see how they're quickly going to become as annoying as the calves. (I've stopped adopting calves. I have about 25 already. I'm going to have to sell some, actually, to make room for foals.)

BTW, I finally finished Sugar Cane, and now working on another crop that will take a couple of weeks, at least: Acorn Squash.

Now see, I am thinking exactly the opposite! The fact that you have to grab a stallion EVERYDAY to produce foals, I think the novelty will wear off quickly. Why should I go out of my way to make sure I have a stallion each day for something that doesn't benefit me?

Don't get me wrong, I am definitely going to grab a stallion each day if I see one, but I can see how most people won't bother. So I think there really won't be that many foals out there.

I was able to grab a brown and a pinto so far, I just want a grey and a Clydesdale and I will be all set.

I never grab adoptables just to sell them - I don't think that's fair to ppl who actually want to keep the animal.

As far as the foals, I'd love to get one in each color...pinto, brown, gray, Clyde, Perch, etc. I wonder if they'll do the ponies too?

Okay, this is annoying. The weekend is about the only time I really have to allot to Farmville. So I went and fertilized all my neighbor's farms and got no fuel? Then I tried to send an email to support and couldn't send because I didn't select a sub category only because there weren't any! They need some decent QA.

Isn't that the truth! I get them when I harvest my cowbarns and am like "naaaah" when it asks if I want to share. No one wants them any more! I used to have about 100 of the little suckers and just plain got sick of harvesting...I kept two of each and that's it!

Oh, my - I finally got two foals and would love to find more! I'm sure someday I'll get around to selling if I get bunches, but I thing the little suckers are SO cute. I'm hoping they do little pintos, black ones, etc. I'm actually still trying to get ahold of a clover calf or pink patch one. I've never seen those, except for a clover one on a neighbors farm pics.

I can absolutely see how, with the new ones, it would be frustrating to see neighbors selling them. It's the ones that have been around for forever...those I'll grab and sell if I have time. Penguins, calves, bulls, etc. No one in my neighbor group bothers with them, which is why I can click after 30 minutes or more and they're still there. Golden eggs, on the other hand, 30 seconds and they are vamoosed!
