How are along are you? According to the chart, you need 825 for level 1, another 825 for level 2 and finally 4,125 for mastery. That's a total of 5,775 which isn't too terribly bad when you consider the 26,250 harvests needed for Blackberries!

I'm actually on my last harvest for level 3. After realizing how long it takes to master blackberries it made me feel like a big, fat complainer. Haha.

I'm confused though because it says it's a catepillar. I assumed it was a catepillar that at some point would turn into a butterfly. Couldn't figure out the cat connection and I don't have enough FV bucks to be able to look at it closer.

I am redecorating today! I want to do something fun and springy! I wish they would put out more spring items.... my flower cart will help though, and my pink cottages, what is everyone else doing

I think I'm overworked!!! I did strawberries and blueberries (which are also a 4hr crop) along with a few other crops intermixed with them occasionally. But it seems like forever that I've been doing 4hr crops. I do believe that these evil blackberries are the last of the 4hr crop!!!! Then I am going to take a major break and do something that take 3-4 days. LOL And yeah, I do know there are those stupid raspberries that take only TWO hours but I've already finished level 2 of those. (I do those when I have time on the weekend in between doing stuff around the house) But I cannot wait until this crop is FINISHED. Might even throw a party!!!

Has anyone ever finished the blackberries? How many crops are on your farm and how long did it take you? I have 544 crops. If my calculations are right, it might take me til Mon-Tues to finish them.

Note that Sugar Cane has a 20x20 interval of 9.17 (days), while Blackberries has a 20x20 interval of 10.94, so there isn't much of a difference, at least not on the surface. I can get two harvests of Sugar Cane per day, but the posted interval is based on three harvests (8 hour crop), so my interval is more almost two weeks. With Blackberries, I could probably get three harvests in per day, but the posted interval is based on six harvests, so my interval would be almost three weeks. Beyond that, with Blackberries, you can't leave the crop overnight. You essentially have to plant an eight hour crop overnight, and pick up with the Blackberries in the morning.

So I'm not looking forward to Blackberries!

With my work schedule and the times I'm available to harvest are this....

I wake up at 3:30am (NO NOT to harvest, this is the time I get up for work anyhow)

So I harvest/plant by 4am, then come home around 9:30am and harvest/plant again, I have my DH harvest/plant my farm when he gets home around 4-4:30pm. I then will harvest/plant again one last time by 9pm before going to bed. That gives me a total of 4 harvests each day. I will get the extra 2 harvests in on the weekend.

Here are my statistics as of right now.....

I have 12,361 more blackberries to harvest and I have a total of 543 plots. So if I harvest 4 times on weekdays and 6 times on the weekends..... I'm thinking Tuesday morning will be my glory day of finishing, right?

Yeah, I suppose if you're really good about planting, very quickly, right before bedtime, and harvesting, very quickly, right after you get up, and you don't sleep a full eight hours , then you can probably grow Blackberries overnight, with only minimal, if any, withering.

Hi! I'm a long time lurker that can't stay in hiding any longer. I've been playing Farmville for a couple of weeks and am slowly becoming addicted. Crazy.
