Has anyone else noticed the fuel tank isn't refiling with time like it did before

They've changed the way you get fuel, now. Instead of the one fuel tank you have refilling, you now can get fuel by fertilizing neighbors' farms. In this way, you actually can "overfill" your tank, and therefore have even more fuel than you were able to, previously.

If it is the one you received while plowing I believe only a few farmers got it for just a few days. My grandson had one, click on the box and click on get pass code. To get the pass code you will need to sign up for email alerts. After pascode is sent to your email then you can click on box and there is a place to enter the pass code. You will also receive a pigeon bird feeder when you sign up for email alerts.

Sorry, I can't help. I didn't even try to install it. I like the game, but I don't trust Zynga. They've done some shady stuff in the past.

I clicked on a link of a friend for free fuel and was told I had too much It told me to get farming so I used my plow and bought a harvester and used that. I was then able to click and get the fuel. Is there a cap on how much fuel you can have? I had about 90 in my tank and plenty of room in my gift box.

I also signed up for email alerts but have not gotten one and got no "special gifts" I have no idea if I did anything wrong but was disappointed to get nothing.

I listened to the podcast this week. It sounds like they cap the amount of fuel you get based on the number of plots on your farm. So it is possible if you had more fuel than they "allowed" you that you are done for the days.

I couldn't get in to my farm yesterday so my crops withered. I can get in today but all my crops are gone....

I didn't get the carrier pigeons (the gift for giving them your e-mail) for awhile. They're gone now... I have no idea if I sold them or if they just disappeared.

Do you mean cafe world? If so I found that if you remove your door while you prepare food it goes pretty good. Then I just add the door again. It's a pain but I like Cafe World.

Early Sunday evening and I STILL can't see my crops - just big green fields where they once were. My neighbors can see them but I can't. I can see and harvest my animals and tress tho - what the heck is going on???

Oh that really stinks, Jill. My farm has been fine. Not that I think it will work, but did you try rebooting the computer?
