I have been using that site and know about the stars. I thought that maybe a mastered sign would be placed underneath the crop on the market page. Or somthing like that.

I'm also addicted. I'm at Level 21 and trying to advance. I'm not sure I understand all of the rules, though!. I know when you harvest a crop you get 1 mastery, but I'm not sure what mastery gets you.

I do know that when I expanded my farm, I got more room in my Xmas tree for presents. My can now hold 100.

I also play Fishville. If you'd like more neighbors, PM me with your name on FB and location.

The best thing to do to add neighbors is go to the Zynga message boards and there's a thread specifically for adding neighbors. Since Saturday, I've added nine neighbors. You should try it.

I've noticed that Farmville is becoming quite a bit of CPU hog. I think part of the problem with going to 24 x 24 is that the architecture of the application software itself has a worse-than-linear scalability profile, meaning that as the farms get bigger, not only does the app become slower, clunkier and less fun to play, but it does so faster than then rate of increasing the size of the farm.

Cafe World is also a nightmare to run.

Here is a picture of my mastery signs as of 12/13/09...I should have peas added tomorrow night.

Y'know... you open a few presents, and then accept a few more bonus presents from friends, and then you add them to your tree, and that sends out more bonus presents to your friends, who put them under their tree, while sends more bonus presents your way, while you accept and put under your tree, and so on, and so on, and so on, ...

How sad that I was super excited to open my Farmville gifts this morning! It has been pretty sweet though. And you can send and add presents until January 7th! I have sold a lot of stuff but I did get some goodies. I have 145 fuel refills, a couple of alien cows, some black chickens and 3 golden chickens! And some other nice surprises. Off to get more presents and send more presents...

If you buy a tractor (used to plow land after you've harvested it), a harvester (harvests plots, obviously), or a seeder (plants seeds in plowed plots), you will need fuel refills to make then "run" (they harvest/plow/seed 4 plots at a time as opposed to "you" doing it one square at a time).

Yes, and if you "Use" the refill then the fuel gage will also indicate how many refills you have left, e.g. +1 or +5 or in my case +43. So you don't need to keep the refills in your Gift Box. Once you run out of fuel the tank will automatically refill and your refill count will decrement.

Oh, also the fuel meter in the lower left hand corner (after you buy/use fuel) will fill itself back up with time.
