farmer's almanac accuracy?

Please tell me that the Farmer's alamanc isn't always right! It's saying that there's a storm off the Atlantic for the very days that we're going to be there.
Any experiences?

maybe accurate for "GENERIC TRENDS" but not specific dates

ie: I would agree that it can predict that winter of 2005 may be cooler than winter of 2004

but I would not agree that it can say a storm will hit the southeats the 3rd week in january.

Last year they said the weather would be terrible for the first week of December. Turned out to be sunny and near 80 everyday, couldn't have asked for better.

When will you be here? They did just announce tropical storm Delta today. It looks like it will become a hurricane, but it isn't supposed to be any where near Florida.

Thanks for all the replys. We will be there January 20-23.
Those are the exact dates that the almanac said that there would be a huge storm in the Atlantic. Please say NO!!!!
