Fares for July--up or down?

I am watching for good fares for July. DH thinks fares will sink lower and lower and if they hit $150, we will buy now for our trip. So far the lowest I've seen is $205. There are 5 of us and we paid $200 each this year. Any opinions on whether DH is right (and fares will tank) or fares will go up due to security?
