Fantillusion

Hi all i was wondering if anyone knows roughly when the fantillusion night parade starts in the christmas season ......we go in the last week in November but i am not sure if we are too early for it as the last time we saw it was in the christmas week...but i notice the park hours are intil 10pm on the saturday so hopefully might be on then providing they don't shorten them before then anyhow thanks for any help

On DLRP magic Fantillusion is listed as starting on the 10th November, but the shows/parades aren't listed on the official site yet, we're going the 23rd and I'm pretty confident going by past Christmas seasons that Fantillusion will be on then. Looking forward to seeing what's happening with the parade, I'm a bit disappointed that there may not be a Christmas parade, but more likely a mini parade with Santa, before or after the OUAD parade. Hope that they at least play Chante le Noel (sp) in the park, have it on CD but would like to hear it for real.

That is a relief...here is hoping that it will be on then we are there from 22nd-27th so i hope to see, it my DD has almost exhausted our recording from 2years ago so time to update a copy this time on dvd hopefully.
I know what you mean about the xmas parade its all part of the magic and atmosphere and chant c'est noel is a magical tune this time my kids will be 4 and 5 and it will be even more magical this time around.....silly me forgot to check dlrp magic for info but if the hours remain as they are on the official site it will be great on the weekend especially with EMH in the mornings
Though as i remember extremly cold still this year we will be prepared....famous last words

When we have visited in mid November Fantallusion was one, so hopefully this will still be the case

My husand and i went for the bonfire spectacular in 2005 and the next day (6th november) the christmas season inclusidng the fantillusion parade started!

I am 100% certain it will be on for you!

Hey Orion, I am a lurker been registered for a while - looks like we was at DLP 2005 at the same time!! We went because it Fireworks and Xmas fell with a day apart and as DD birthday was on 9th we had her birthday there before we left. Don't you love the fact there are no queues. Don't get caught out by the French Bank Holiday on 8th-11th though, the park was so busy you could not even walk around, complete waste of a day in my opinion.

We are going on 19th for 4 days staying in Sequoia Lodges. Whoo, hoo!!

We just love the magical world - except my son who is 3 and hates it and only wants to go on the rides or sleep, LOL!!

oooh i've been wondering about Fantillusion because i'm going on Dec 9th. I cant wait, i think about it everyday,lol. I really hope the Christmas parade is on though just to make it extra special. I've seen photos from past ones and it looks so amazing.

I can't get the link to show you the date to work but dlrpmagic.com website is showing Fantillusion as November 10th. Check out the site then guides and then seasons and you can choose the month you are going and you can see what is on.

thanks for all your help everyone ...so glad that fantillusion will be on because we were there in june also, but the kids love the parades and i think they would be somewhat only a little bit dissapointed to only see the same one again where as the fact they will see the once upon a dream parade and fantillusion will make it fab and hope fully even a glimpse of santa though it worries me that we will be counting how many sleeps there will be from that point in until santa arrives .....but hey worth the sacrafice..........also i have has another magic thought to see candlebration in the dark as it was only the daytime show last time i am getting far too excited far too early need to try and get my feet back on the ground i am becoming DLRP obsessed

Candleabration is wicked in the dark, the fairy dust effect is superb. Fantillusion was the first parade we saw at DLRP and still a great favourite of mine, I can't wait for my niece to see it, she's going to love it.
and mickeymousepal you're not alone, my DS8 has just reminded me not to get too Disneyed up yet, there's still a long time to go
