Fantasyland breakfast and Eurostar questions

Hi again everyone!

I have two more questions for you lovely, helpful people.

1. We're staying at the Santa Fe for a few nights in December. A few people have mentioned the option of eating breakfast in the park rather than the hotel - can anyone tell me more about this (ie, does it cost extra, is it the same kind of food, etc.) or point me towards a relevant thread?

2. We're travelling on the Eurostar direct service, but we didn't book it through Disney (it was about twice the price!). Does anyone know if I can still add Disney Express to this booking, and if so who I should ring about it (Eurostar or Disney)?

Can't help with the Eurostar question, but Good Morning Fantasyland breakfasts are basically the same as what is served in your hotel, but in the park. They are now only available on certain dates, and you can't book in advance as such- You ask at check in though, and if it's available you book it then...

Thats right - ask about GMF breakfast when you check in at the Santa Fe. The GMF breakfast is similar to what you get at your hotel. You can have these, subject to availablility, instead of having a breakfast slot at your hotel. There is no extra charge for this.

Re Eurostar - I think the Disney Express service is only available if you book directly with Disney, sorry.

However I might well be wrong and I would suggest you contact first Disney then Eurostar to enquire.

I have always found both firms very helpful on the phone so it shouldn't be too traumatic!

You can add Disney Direct. You need to call the disney reservations line. It's like £30pp though!

If the disney express is the thing that lets you drop off your stuff then go straight to the parks i would say dont bother. we done it on our first trip and found on our second you can get to the hotel, drop your stuff to your room and get back in no-time. if its£30pp then i would say definately dont.

The Disney Express is £24 for 2 people I think, and you book it with Disney, don't need to have booked Eurostar with them.

Thanks for all the helpful replies. For £12 a head, it definitely sounds worth it to me - I don't much fancy the hassle of going to the hotel straight away, and would much rather just walk into the park and get lunch first before I have to worry about that!
