Fantasy server recommendations

Does anyone who has cruised recently on the Fantasy have recommendations for MDR and Palo servers? We are a family with two teens who will be cruising at the end of the month and prefer entertaining, energetic servers with a good sense of humor. I know there has likely been a lot of staff turnover and changes on all the ships due to COVID so I am assuming prior threads with recommendations may not be applicable anymore. Thanks!!

Not sure where he is presently but Anson Fernandez was our favorite MDR server ever. Last I heard he was moved from the Fantasy MDRs to Palo. He was so engaging and went above and beyond at every meal.

We were on the Fantasy sailing Sept.11. Our serving team was Laval from Jamaica and his assistant Farzan. They were excellent. In Palo, we had Silvio from Croatia who served us for brunch and then again for dinner. He was also excellent and very knowledgeable.
