Fantasy In The Sky Fireworks question...

My husband and I will be at Disney World from Sept. 16 - 22, 2003 and I was wondering if anyone has last years September Fantasy In the Sky Fireworks schedule. I'm trying to make dinner reservations at California Grill for the week we are there and would like to see the firework show from the restarurant, but they don't have fireworks every night, from what I can tell. I would like to make my reservations on a day of the week most likely to have a show and I'm also trying to figure in what the best time is to make our reservation, based on last years schedule. If anyone can help me out, I'd be most appreciative.
