Hi everyone! Just checked this thread for the first time in a while and wow! We booked this cruise last December and now I am super excited to chat about it with everyone!

We are in cabin 6590 deck 6.

We will be celebrating Zachary's Birthday. He turns 10 on the 1st. There is a total of 8 of us traveling. Grandparents will be in another cabin and grand-kids fighting over who gets to stay with them nightly will be the battle. We are also celebrating grandma's 60 birthday.Can't wait. This is our second cruise. Our whole clan will participate in the fish exchange. They loved it last cruise.

can you please give me everyones name you are traveling with cabins and celebrations and ages...and who is going to be wanting in on the FE

We are all traveling with each other the Thornbecks are my Daughter and Grandchildren. I hope this clears things up. The kids and I did FE last cruise and it was really fun.

Hello! Just returned from WDW and suffering the post Disney blues. We booked this trip while on the Fantasy-Eastern last summer. AMAZING ship! This will be my Third DCL, fourth cruise. We are supposed to again travel with several extended family members but we will see how it pans out. Even with the bounce back when I look at the invoice I think about canceling- so much $$ for one short week though I know it is worth it! Saga!
In our LATE seating (preferred) cabin will be me (32), DH (33), DS (4.5) and DD (2). - these are our ages currently

The $$$$ kills me....I always second guess spending the money for DCL...but it is yet to stop us...we are Gold members...this time we are using our DVC points...bad on points but easy on the pocket book We started sailing with DCL when my one son was almost 5 is know 19...and my other son was not yet 2 and is know 16...DH and I cruised a lot before they were born and than hit the DCL...and never looked back

we have been to the Caribbean a number of times Western and Eastern(cant remember how many but at least 4 )...15 day Panama Canal (maiden voyage)... Mexico Riviera 2 times...and Alaska all with Disney....yet to do the Mediterranean because of the long flight..YUCK! But we are hooked...we have yet to be on the Fantasy or the Dream so looking forward to it...soon we will be platinum...

The Fantasy is just spectacular! And Castaway Cay is my favorite place to go- yes I think it even beats WDW! Just the epitome of peace on Earth!!!! I guess you can't put a price on that!

Hi everyone...was over here on the DIs so thought I would make a post...Im going to be adding some new stuff soon to page 3 so when I do I will let you know here and on FB. Still watching the plane flights so to book my airfare...$1600 before bags or better seating...have not decided yet how many days at WDW we want to do so watching flights to be sure they dont go up or get all booked up. That is for the times we want. In will be using some sky miles so that will cut it down to around $1000 so that is a $600 savings so that is good

Still a lot cheeper than when we were going to go to Hawaii...

This year our income/business has dropped a lot with this terrible economy so have to be careful on what we do and don't do...if it was not for the DVC points for the cruise and the miles for our flight this would have been a no go....the cruise is perfect since all is included...well except the excursions and tips but that is not that much...

This trip will be here before we know it and gone as well...but the planning and working towards the excitement of it is an everyday joy....this vacation is SOOOOOO needed...

seems like forever since we have been on the cruise but did one a year and a half ago to Mexico and in summer of 2011 we did Alaska and Whistler Canada for 2 weeks....

We are so use to trying to cruise at least every 2 years that our time clocks go off and bug us till we book another cruise....and if we don't do one we will all melt

Anyway...look forward to our first cruise on the Fantasy! have been wanting to sail on her since heard that they were being built...but Mexico was easier because we did not have to fly and we all hate flying so much...plus we would go to DL for a week prior by driving...its only about 1.5 hrs away from us so a nice easy drive...and we love Mexico so was all good.

So since there is no more Mexico...we are coming to Florida! otherwise it would be Mexico again...altough I really need me some Castaway Cay bad time!

So is anyone planning on doing the 5K on CC ? I am... heat and all
