You did not miss us getting a name, I was just being silly! Every once in a while that happens to me! been kinda quiet on here, I know we had a very busy week but it's done now so we should be back in talking mode soon! Every time I go to post it's 2am and the boards go down then!so I thout I would get on early. I have tried to comment on your post three times but it never will post. Sorry it took so long!

Just saw it and was coming here to share! You beat me to it! Pretty cool stuff. I'd take those stop motion videos over the still shots any day of the week!

Booked while on the Dream June 3 cruise. We'll meet up with some friends we made on our first cruise two years ago. I organized the FE exchange on our first trip, not too bad, only 12 cabins. I can do it again if needed. If not, best suggestion I can give is to keep the spreadsheet in Google docs and then put the link in the first post. Makes it easy to always find the updated version.

This last cruise, we had a meet up, Deck 13 forward, but we didn't make it because it was at the same time as the DVC meeting. I will not miss a meet up again. I can always get a sales pitch! I missed meeting all the fine folks that were like pixies in night, dropping off gifts to surprise us when we got back to our room or woke up in the morning. I will say though . . . THAT SHIP IS BIG! You'll get a workout delivering your gifts. I think it took an hour and a half to deliver to 24 rooms. Be aware that you can't get in to rooms on Deck 11 and 12, you'll have to leave the gifts with the concierge for delivery, unless you happen to luck out and get to the gate when someone has it open.

Pam and I will be in WDW from August 14th to 19th if anyone wants to do a meet up at that time.

Welcome, John and Pam! I've added your profile info to page 1---so you are official!! LOL..... The reservation means NOTHING---it's making onto page 1 that seals the deal!!!

I live and die by spreadsheets, so I like your idea of a shared spreadsheet. I like the idea of someone volunteering to do the organization even more! I'm sure there are others that will help in any way they can....but be forewarned that this is a HUGE group! I'm sure you've already seen the posts discussing splitting the FE into smaller groups.

Anyway, if you are up for the challenge, I'm sure our huge group will be nothing but appreciative!!!

I am willing to help out with the FE. I have participated in 2 different ones so far, one small and one large, I haven't actually organized them but I would be willing to try with a little help.

I agree that splitting it into smaller groups would make it much more manageable and affordable for everyone. We can come up with the total number of rooms we will include in each group as it gets a little closer. Also we should have a closing date of 1 month before the cruise so that we plan how many FE gifts we will need to have prepared.

Let me know if you would like me to try and organize a spreadsheet with everyone's info and keep it updated as new people join.

Hey actnkidz, did you see the post from johnPa, he is willing to put a spreadsheet together! If you are okay with that let me know.
