for doing a google spreadsheet, i think that would be awesome b/c then we could access it from anywhere (even phones that have the app) and not have to bother the author to post updates (and they wouldn't have to put the stress on themselves to do so) once they update it, it's instantly available to those interested.Hi and like I said b4 welcome! i think i missed some posts by opening this thread with the intent of reading
but getting distracted b/c when i clicked on "first unread" i saw references to posts about splitting the fe groups that i never saw. anyway...on our last cruise i think we had about 75 cabins participating and we split it in 1/2 to make it more doable both cost and timewise.

our next big thing to look forward to this summer is dd's gymnastics comp at WDW and staying on property for the first time EVER! woot!! we will be in orlando june 29-july 3rd if anyone else might be around. we aren't planning to
go into the park tho (i know i know, flame away, lol!) we are on a short timeline what with dd competing and having to be back for dh to work on the 4th (yay only 10 more days til he's officially done training!), however if anyone wants to meet up in downtown disney (is that what it's called at WDW?) we'd love to!

Booked while on the Dream June 3 cruise. We'll meet up with some friends we made on our first cruise two years ago. I organized the FE exchange on our first trip, not too bad, only 12 cabins. I can do it again if needed. If not, best suggestion I can give is to keep the spreadsheet in Google docs and then put the link in the first post. Makes it easy to always find the updated version.
This last cruise, we had a meet up, Deck 13 forward, but we didn't make it because it was at the same time as the DVC meeting. I will not miss a meet up again. I can always get a sales pitch! I missed meeting all the fine folks that were like pixies in night, dropping off gifts to surprise us when we got back to our room or woke up in the morning. I will say though . . . THAT SHIP IS BIG! You'll get a workout delivering your gifts. I think it took an hour and a half to deliver to 24 rooms. Be aware that you can't get in to rooms on Deck 11 and 12, you'll have to leave the gifts with the concierge for delivery, unless you happen to luck out and get to the gate when someone has it open.
Pam and I will be in WDW from August 14th to 19th if anyone wants to do a meet up at that time.

Thanks for offering to do the spreadsheet, that would be great! I am totally here to help in organizing the FE with whoever wants to help out. Things have finally calmed down around here with the end of the school, my DS's Tron Birthday Party and our Disneyland trip for Father's Day, so I will be able to check in a little more often.
Can't wait to finally decide on a name so we can start looking at some graphics with the name!

we are staying at saratoga springs. which means nothing to me, lol! it looks to have a very cool pool and is close to "downtown disney"
my theory on why we don't have a name is b/c we are SOOO huge and b/c we have no "leader" as we are all just disney lovers cruising together. on our last (and first disney) cruise it happened pretty quickly but we also had like 20 not 120 people deciding, lol! can we take all the names that have been compiled and create a poll somewhere on the web and link it here, leaving it open for like a week, then whichever name has the most votes, is our winner? zoomerang is one i found by googling free online polls. what do you all think?
