Unfortunately we don't; we live in the middle of the woods (so to speak) and our nearest neighbor is about a mile away (that we don't even know). So far internet is working so I will keep hoping the storm isn't too bad.

To the person who asked about checking in this evening; at 12:01 a.m. we can make dinner and excursion reservations. At 3 a.m. you can check in online. It's going to be a long night!

Definitely a long night! I feel like we are all at the starting line waiting for the gun to go off We have decided to go with DCL excursions: Full day Turtle Cove and Honeymoon Beach @ St. Thomas and the French Riviera Beach Rendezvous @ St. Maarten. We are going to downplay any nudity that we may see.

Doesn't seem too hopeful for brunch for us, but we haven't even had dinner yet at Palo, so I will be happy if we at least get dinner tonight. I need to research when Pirate Night is because I do like taking the kids to dinner then, so I do not want to book it that night.

According to my schedule, Pirate Night is Tuesday, St. Maarten Day.

I just logged in to book a brunch too. Thank goodness it's only 4:00pm here. I'm really disappointed the brunches are all sold out. Does anyone know if there is a chance to book on board?

I stayed up until midnight and can't even get into online check in. It says begin online check in 2/19 but won't let me do anything. I paid for my cruise through DU and I'm gonna be so mad if they haven't paid DCL or something stupid like that. I'm so angry right now.

I hope you're right but someone else posted they were able to get in but Palo brunch was sold out. So I'm not sure what the problem is. Mine does say You're vacation must be paid in full, which is what is making me think the payment issue hasn't been resolved. Even though Michele from DU assured me I was good to go.

No brunch for us either. We did get Palo Dinner and the excursions that we wanted. I got my nights mixed up and booked Palo on a different night than I wanted but luckily I was able to change it to day 5 instead of Day 6.

We got Palo for dinner on Day 5 (St. Maarten) and Remy for Day 7 (Castaway Cay). We were trying not to miss the shows. Bummer about Palo brunch - I'll keep checking regularly (multiple times a day if needed) to see if one opens up. I preferred that over dinner anyway. On the upside, maybe the All Ears group is doing a group thing for Palo Brunch? One can hope... they have done this for their other cruise gatherings in the past.

If you can't get into "my activities," I would be worried. I was able to book Palo dinner, but I cannot access on-line check-in.

NOt only no brunch, but we only found 8pm palo dinner for the days most interested... we hate eating late so much.... may cancel, if they can't move up after boarding...

Did find all the excursions we wanted (ouch did not expect discover scuba to start at 8am...)

Spa seemed a little hit and miss as far as desirable times.

I too would love to know opinions on how possible to get palo brunch on boarding...???

What time? We're eating from 7-9 PM. I think it's interesting that they provide an end time for the meal.

Also, FWIW, my TA (with the All Ears group) said it's worth continuing to check for brunch and that DCL may be able to accommodate reservations once we board. If nothing else, they can put us on a waiting list. I love the online reservations, but it's a little inconvenient if they're going to let all of the spots go to the concierge people and Gold CC members. Wouldn't it be more effective to hold some spots back or, better yet, to offer brunch every day like they do dinner? That way, guests can decide for themselves if they want to miss shore excursions in lieu of Palo brunch. Just my thoughts.

I was a little confused by this at first, too. Once you have logged into the "online checkin", look on the left hand side and click on the "cruise activities". This will take you to another screen where you can add activities to each day. If you aren't already logged into the "online checkin", log in to the "My Cruise Activities" under the Planning Center. Hey, not sure if any of you are still up... does anyone know if the onliine checkin requires entering lots of info on the passengers? hoping it is just a few clicks and go to bed...
