Fantasy- 7 night Western- August 4, 2012

Is it really 14 days away? I am so ready to get this party started. I can almost taste my first DOTD!

We officially finished shopping for our cruise today, and the packing is beginning.
My goal is only to have one suitcase per person. I just needs some pixie dust to help me with this task.

I hope everybody is having a fabulous weekend.

To our Brits: I can't wait for the Olympics! It looks like it will be one hell of a party!

Maybe a good place to meet is the carousel lounge as you first walk into the adult section on deck 4, pretty large area that isn't very busy during the afternoon. Another spot could be just outside the Walt Disney Theater on deck 3 in front of the Walt Disney photo.

Okay....finished making my fish extender last weekend..well have a couple of touchups. And almost finished with the FE gifts....super excited. I wished I would have known about this on last years cruise! Hope and prays everyone has a safe trip to port!

I'm getting soooooooo excited!!! Got all the fish extender stuff bought and assembled today, took all day and the kids helped, such fun!!! Now that is taken care of and packed. My DS (11) isn't to happy I'm making him go clothes shopping tonight Now just praying our room assignments are up tomorrow

Yes it sure is! In fact, it is the location of many events during the day. Trivia, airplane contest, etc.

Just packed the FE gifts that are finished and planning on finishing the rest tomorrow. The clothes that I know we're not going to wear until the cruise will get packed tomorrow, too! I love to start packing because that means the trip is close!!!

Meeting at 3 o'clock sounds great! We will definitely be there.

UGH!!!! Still don't have a cabin assignment! It's really disheartening when I see reports of later cruises getting their cabin numbers.

I know, I was CERTAIN today would be the day, I couldn't sleep and kept getting up every hour starting at 6am to check (lame I know).
Do you know when people say that they get their assignments on the 2 Monday's before the cruise what time of day this typically happens? This anticipation is killing me- plus since we are in the Fish Extender thing I want to get my room number to everyone.

I have the dashboard open on my computer & keep refreshing it every 15 minutes. Looks like I won't get much done at work today! We could only book the VGT since we had to change dates; not sure if I would do it again. Too much stress waiting for our cabin #!!

We've been doing a lot of camping at the lake (and I'm totally unplugged). Wow! A lot has happened since I've checked the boards. It's great to have so many people saying hi and joining the FE!

It sounds like everyone is getting busy with last minute vacation plans. We did manage to go shopping for the kiddos last week. DD needed just a few things and DS needed everything! He has grown 5 inches since back to school shopping last year! It was fun and I think that we are set!

I have to confess.... I haven't even started on my FE gifts yet. I really couldn't decide what to do. Now that I have I need to get going as we are making most of them. I LOVE doing crafty things but never seem to have the time! We are super busy the next two weeks so I know that I will be scrambling to get them done! I don't know why I always do this to myself. I guess I just always work best with a deadline!

I am counting down the days until I see you fine folks on the FANTASY!

I just learned about FE and FE groups and I just finished my FE. I was wondering if you have to join a FE group to get FE gifts and is it still to late to join a group. Please help!!

O.K, so now I'm freaking out a bit. I called this morning and the CM told me it would be by tomorrow since they always assign them at least 10 days out. I just called back to add money to pre purchase a photo package credit and that CM told me it could be assigned the day of sailing, AUGH!!! Do you think that is true? I will be so upset since I spent all this money on a new fish extender and fish extender gifts for the exchange, how will everyone get our room numbers if we don't get it until the day of sailing? My kids would be so devestated.
