This is my first time on the Fantasy...going September 26th

Any recommendations for the ports or any must DOs onboard.

I have done the Magic and Wander before,

Do the shows inc Aladdin its very good.
Ride Aquaduck as you get on opens at noon, and pirate night post fireworks and as often as you can.
Eat Breakfast at Cabanas near opening for best food and least queues. Technically no queues but doesnt always work.

Ports

Is it an Eastern or Western seven night cruise?

Book Remy if you can its great (extra cost) and Palo Brunch ( extra cost)..

Dress up like a pirate on pirate night.

Go to Animators palate for the Crush show and the animation magic show.

Prepare for more crowds particularly at pools than Magic and Wonder.

My favorite thing was to sit in the adult kiddie pool ( shallow adult pool with wood slats for your back)in the quiet cove area , with a drink, while the guitar playing guy sang - it was so relaxing!

As an Adult I like...
Satellite Falls - Deck 13 Forward (adults only area)
Mickey's Mid Ship Detective Agency
Palo (adults only) Brunch and/or Dinner
Goofy Golf - But you have to put your feet in Goofy's feet for you first shot (Last hole is impossible for me to stand that way)
AquaDuck ride once or twice
I have yet to see the Pirates Night Show - take the aft stairs or elevators up - NOT mid Ship. Then stay for the fireworks
Skyline Bar - See all of the cities, look for the "pop up/in Mickey". In London, there are Jedi walking around, don't really know if there are any other surprises in the other cities
Drawn To Animation dinner in Animators Palate (it's one of the nights you are scheduled to be eating there)

That's all I have for now, I've only been on the Fantasy once for 7 nights.

I would focus on the things that are different on the Fantasy then on the Magic and Wonder, such as the Aquaduck, satellite Falls, and midship detective agency.

Love Remy & Palo, either for Brunch or dinner. On a couple of 7 day Fantasy cruises, we've had Dinner & Brunch at both restaurants. We always start our cruise off with a drink & lunch at the Quiet Cove bar, while others are still boarding.

Things to do on the boat?

As much as you want to but not so much that you don't have fun.

I tend to just enjoy the empty ship while we're in port. That's what I'm paying for, so that's what I do. I might go ashore and have a mojito or three made with Cuban rum in Sint Maarten, but in St. Thomas? I just enjoy the ship and maybe walk the mall area for an hour or two. Maybe go up to the Shipwreck Tavern. Last time I walked up to KMart and back.

Not sure if you are bringing kids or if it's an adults-only cruise, but on the adult side, get one of those 7-day passes to the Rainforest Room in Senses. Probably the best bargain out of anything the spa offers. But get the passes as soon as you get on board; they are in limited supply and can sometimes go fast.

Satellite Falls
There is a great tour of the ship (can't remember the name) that starts in Meridian and takes you lots of places and provides some interesting trivia.
Rainforest 7 day pass
Last cruise we went on, there was a great "chat" in the movie theater with a performer who played Scar on Broadway. He gave personal insights into the business, sang some songs, and did a Q&A.
Gotta ride the Duck, but avoid the lines, as DISNEY FANTASY suggests
Remy
Maho Beach on St. Maarten
Gladys Cafe for lunch on St. Thomas
We skip main dining room a couple of nights, get something quick at Cabanas, and enjoy the evening up on deck with a lot fewer people.

You can have lunch at the bar? That might be a good choice for us as it's just my DH and myself :)

I personally did not enjoy satellite falls except very early when most everyone is still abed or at breakfast because it seemed to me that every time I went there mid day, the falls were full of very loud, drunk older adults...voices really carry in that area... And I was looking for quiet places to read/ lounge while kids were in oceaneer lab. Perhaps it is just me. I did enjoy the aqua duck when lines were shorter and even the aqua lab . Mid ship detective game was fun but a little exhausting since my kids were running up and down the stairs the whole time.
