Fantastic Mr. Fox

Is anyone else excited? I loved that book when I was a kid (still do!) and I can't wait to see the movie when it comes out Thanksgiving. The trailers are awesome! Plus I just absolutely love George Clooney in any form.

I also enjoyed that book as a child. I ran across it in an old box of books and gave it to my DS10 to read. He liked it as well. I didn't know they were making a movie. That's very cool.

I work in an elementary school library and have been focusing on this book this week! The kids (grades 1-6) are all very excited about the movie! I found a fun "mad-lib" type activity on the Roald Dahl site for the older kids. We also made origami fox faces which the kids loved - many of them had to make the entire fox family! Can't wait for the movie!
