Fantastic deals and crowd levels in September?

I spent a good bit of time this weekend looking for a rental home for our trip in September this year and was amazed at the availability out there. Seemed like everyone had the entire month open. This of course leads to some incredible deals. We're looking at a 4 bedroom for $377/week!

Anyway, is this an indication of where the crowd levels will be in September? Seems like it will be pretty empty . Or do you think most people will be staying on site to take advantage of the free dining, and that's why so many rentals will be empty? We've been in September before and it's usually moderately light crowds, will this year be better or worse?

I am hoping it light, at the beginning of the year we used the pin at 40 % off, tried to change to the poly, and beachclub, but no avail. I hope it is slow!
